We’ve all noticed the increasing polarization in our society and sadly Christians are not immune. Of all people, we followers of Christ should be able to talk with each other, bridging gaps of race, demographics, and political leanings. The church at Philippi faced many of these same problems. We’ll look at these, see what Scripture says about them, and learn how we can be enabled to be peacemakers in our time. Meets Sundays at 11am in Rm. 204, for 6 weeks. For more info contact Robb Starr at RobbWS@gmail.com.
Parenting raises so many concerns. Our hope is to provide space to sort through the big questions alongside other parents and be reminded of what Christ calls us to in the everyday mess of parenting. This group will be led by Craig and Mary Ferroggiaro. Contact email@example.com for more info.
We all want connection. But most of us are just waiting to be invited. What if you were the one to send the invite? If you’ve ever thought about starting a group to connect with other women like a book club, Bible study, dinner club of sorts or something different entirely, it can feel overwhelming to know where to begin. Sometimes all it takes is a little encouragement from women who’ve been there to get rolling. Join us as we explore fun ways to connect and make plans to put these ideas into action no matter what your life context happens to be. This can take courage, but in our experience it’s well worth the risk! Registration is required — sign up here. Meets Sundays at 9am in Conference Rm. 206 for 3 weeks, starting April 29th. For more info contact Gena Siegel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
