Small groups provide opportunities to gather with other Imago Dei community members over the enjoyment of a common activity, a common stage of life or peer group or the pursuit of spiritual growth and wisdom.

Pray and Play is a regular and intentional North Portland community for elementary-age kids and their families to find encouragement and inspiration with fellow believers in their neighborhood. Weekly gatherings will include games, crafts, snacks, lessons from Scripture and a short guided prayer time. Dates, times, and locations vary.This is an ongoing group. Leaders and members are regularly found at local climbing gyms and outdoor crags, with an occasional organized trip to local climbing destinations. This is an ongoing group. Whether you’re a novice in the kitchen, or a Julia Child replica, join us as we learn to make the perfect pie crust and yummy pie, healthy and yet delicious meals, and other culinary treats. Every Monday morning, parents and kids gather at the East Portland Community Center Indoor Park from 10am-12pm for play and conversation. The Community Center charges $1.25 per child.
