Covenant Community Gathering (Central City)
Sunday, January 13th | 4:00pm-6:00pm
Imago Dei Sanctuary (1400 SE Ankeny St)

This fall, we imagined how Imago Dei could practice our faith in a way that would change us, bless our city and resist the assimilating powers of our culture. We’re calling it “covenant community.” This is Imago’s way of expressing our oneness in Christ as a local church family.  By entering into covenant community, we are simply committing to practicing our faith together through Hospitality, Vocation, Generosity, Celebration (worship and sabbath), held together by the centering practicing of Hearing and Obeying God’s Word and Spirit.

On January 13th, we will gather to commit ourselves for one year to expressing our unity in Jesus and living out our faith together.

Childcare will not be provided, but kids and youth are welcome to attend. A celebration in the gym will immediately follow. Bring a dessert to share!

Can’t make it on January 13th? A second gathering will take place at each campus on February 17th. More details coming soon!
