One Voice: A Women’s Formation Mini Retreat
Friday, October 26th 7:00pm | Saturday, October 27th 2:30pm
Imago Dei Sanctuary 1400 SE Ankeny St.
A two day journey into deeper dependence on God and interdependence with each other.

“I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” John 17:23

Imago Dei Women’s Formation invites you to a mini retreat: ONE VOICE

We would love to invite you on a two day journey into deeper dependence on God and interdependence with each other. Come expecting God to awaken us to what’s keeping us from true oneness. Then put that knowledge into practice with workshops led by Imago Dei women. Worship will be led by Michelle Lang and women in our community.

UNDONE: A Night of Worship and Expectation              Friday – 7:00-9:00pm
UNSTOPPABLE: A Day of Healing and Response           Saturday – 9:30am-2:30pm

Register by October 20th. The cost is $12. Cost includes everything delicious throughout the two days to keep your energy level up. We’re more than happy to care for you by making sure your dietary needs are provided for.

What about childcare? If you have a little one who has yet to start moving around, feel free to bring them along.

Some questions to process to enable us to move closer to God and each other:

  • Would your faith journey be reshaped by living it out among others rather than in isolation?
  • How do you imagine God sees you? Have you thought about how knowing and understanding God’s identity corresponds to your own?
  • What would it look like if your resignation about God’s presence was replaced with expectation?
  • How do you internalize God’s never ending love for you? How could that affect the way you move in our community?
  • What barriers are there in your life to true oneness within this community?

We never want finances to be a barrier to community or participation. If cost is prohibitive for you, please let us know.

Please email us with any questions you have at awilhelm@idcpdx.com.
