Imago Dei Women’s Formation invites you to a mini retreat: ONE VOICE

We would love to invite you on a two day journey into deeper dependence on God and interdependence with each other. Come expecting God to awaken us to what’s keeping us from true oneness. Then put that knowledge into practice with workshops led by Imago Dei women.

UNDONE: A Night of Worship and Expectation              Friday – 7:00-9:00pm
UNSTOPPABLE: A Day of Healing and Response           Saturday – 9:30am-2:30pm

Michelle Lang will be leading worship on Friday night. Our day of healing and response will be facilitated by women in our community: Emily Wilkinson, Denise Lundblade, Jeanne McKinley, Chelsea Gerlach, Lisa Adams, Erika Wilde, Jessica Greenwell, Linda Dodge, Michelle Andrews, Jaime Wallace and Leslie Cowley.

Register by October 21st. The cost is $12. Cost includes your lunch and snacks throughout the mini retreat.

What about childcare? If you have a little one who has yet to start moving around, feel free to bring them along.

We never want finances to be a barrier to community or participation. If cost is prohibitive for you, please let us know.

This mini retreat is a part of what God is doing in our church community. We are being invited into deeper relationship with Him and one another.

These sermons give us pathways to remind us of what God has been doing in our community and to prepare our hearts before we come together.

For Reflection:

Some questions to process to enable us to move closer to God and each other:

  • How do you imagine God sees you? Have you thought about how knowing and understanding God’s identity corresponds to your own?

  • What would it look like if your resignation about God’s presence was replaced with expectation?

  • Would your faith journey be reshaped by living it out among others rather than in isolation?

  • How do you internalize God’s never ending love for you? How could that affect the way you move in our community?

  • What barriers are there in your life to true oneness within this community?
