Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been around for a while, come laugh, relax and make some new connections over curated crafts, games and delicious food. Every woman is invited. Explore a side of yourself that maybe hasn’t been nurtured for some time. Friday, February 22nd, at 7pm in the gym at Central City.
For some this is stepping outside of your comfort zone, for others, this is where you thrive. In community there are times to be serious and others to just have some fun. This is that. Come play!
Register by February 15th.
What can I expect?
Playing – We’ll be playing Bunko with fun prizes throughout the night. If this isn’t your style, there will be dancing and fun music too. (If you hear a rumor about silent disco, it maybe started here.)
Resting – For some people, cozying up over warm drinks and a good conversation is what hits the spot. We’ll have areas set aside for exactly this kind of thing.
Eating – Would it really be a good time if we didn’t have all kinds of delicious things to devour? We didn’t think so. Instead we hope to set your mouth watering with a tasting menu featuring comfort food with a twist. Many thanks to Ethan’s Compassion Kitchen!
Friending – Is this a thing? Let’s find out! Whether you come with a friend or come hoping to make a new connection, this is what this space is for, getting to intentionally connect with each other.
Making – This is a free event with the option of participating in a curated craft for $10. This cost is simply to cover supplies. Our “Maker Moms” leaders will be facilitating this portion. If you haven’t heard about this group, ask around. They make some INCREDIBLY cool things. Their crafts are not just for moms, they bring out the creative side of everyone.
I still have questions.
