Before you begin:

This service playlist begins with a video of musical worship, a reading from Scripture and a call to worship. We encourage all ages to engage with this video together, including kids! Following worship, you’ll find a sermon by Rick McKinley for youth and adults, as well as lessons for preschool and elementary ages put together by Imago Dei Kids:

Parents & Kids: Don’t forget to grab this week’s Lesson Guides from our Kids Service page for activities, verses, song lyrics and more.

Following the sermon, we will join in receiving communion together. The Scriptures teach us that when we partake in receiving the bread and the cup, we simultaneously look back in remembrance to Jesus’ loving sacrifice for us while we also look ahead to the time when Jesus will return as King in order to fully renew Creation (1 Corinthians 11:26). As we receive communion in our homes today, let us be reminded that this act serves as a proclamation of his kingdom that is coming to earth as it is in heaven.

As you end your time this week, join in praying the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13):

Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come, Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power
And the glory forever. Amen.

While we are unable to gather in person right now, Imago Dei departments and ministries still have some great ways to connect, learn and grow as a church community!
