Two other men, both criminals, were also led out with him to be executed. And when they came to the place that is called The Skull, there they crucified him, and the criminals, one on his right and one on his left. And Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”

“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”

Even in his most painful moment, Jesus’ primary concern was restoring the relationship between the Father and his children. Take a moment to consider how big and how deep Jesus’ love is for you. Close your eyes and ask God to bring you a picture of what that love looks like.
