Refuge

Refuge 2025 begins in February! Questions? Contact refuge@idcpdx.com

Do you feel stuck in unhealthy patterns of behavior or relationships? Have you experienced trauma or loss?

We often hurt in isolation, but we absolutely cannot heal that way. Refuge is a courageous community of men and women facing their pain and refusing to be defined by it.

If you are grieving a loss, stuck in destructive cycles of behavior, challenged by family trauma, or you just want a safe space to hurt, these are your people.

All Refuge Groups meet on Monday nights starting in February. See below for our 5 group descriptions and details for each offering.

Contact refuge@idcpdx.com for any questions.
