Summer at Imago Dei
While the summer is often a time of vacation and rest, at Imago Dei our church desires to continue growing in the way we encounter Jesus, are formed by His presence, and sent on His mission to be the whole gospel to the whole person to the whole world. Community formation takes place during the summer through invitations like our Supper Clubs, Summer Studies, and Service. See below for all the ways you can get involved and join us!
Summer
Celebration
Sunday, June 28th - 10am service!
Join us for ONE family service at 10am on Sunday, June 28th as we celebrate the beginning of the summer season! We will celebrate baptisms, have plenty of food and drinks, and enjoy worship + hanging out together outside. If you are interested in discerning baptism, don’t miss our baptism class on June 14th (registration available on our website). Come hungry as we’ll have some delicious food as well!
Supper Clubs
Throughout the Summer
Join us at a Supper Club this Summer! Supper Clubs aim to create warm, low-pressure belonging experiences where people feel connected to our church family over a shared meal. This is a chance to meet others at Imago Dei and have fun together! Supper Clubs meet all around the metro area to share in fellowship together.
We're adding more supper clubs in the coming weeks, so check back often!
Summer Studies
Beginning in June
We invite you to take a class or two with us at Imago Dei's School of Faith and Theology! Our vision is that through creating environments of theological and practical learning that we would be equipped to live into the whole gospel of Jesus and grow in biblical literacy.
We'll offer classes focused on reading the New Testament, Marriage Course, American church history, and more! We’re excited that 3 of our 4 classes will be on Tuesday nights & include an optional joint potluck for attendees and childcare!

Serving in Kids / Youth
Throughout the Summer
The Imago Kids ministry is a place where kids know they are loved by Jesus and know that Imago Dei is their church. We’re looking for more volunteers to fill in some gaps over the summer. Our Kids Volunteer Team strives to build a fun, safe environment that supports children ages infants to 5th in a variety of Sunday roles, from a classroom teacher, a check-in host, on security, or in our Buddies sensory classroom.
Imago Youth is a team who are committed to discipleship and investing in the lifes of our youth, both on Sunday mornings and beyond. We seek to guide middle and high schoolers as they navigate their faith journey. Volunteers lead small group discussions and organize activities that foster spiritual growth.
